1. Rental Agreement
By renting a vehicle from Island Tours Ceylon, you agree to these terms and conditions. The rental agreement is between you (the renter) and Island Tours Ceylon.
2. Driver Requirements
- Minimum age - 21 years (25 for luxury/sports cars)
- Valid driver's license held for at least 1 year
- Valid credit card in driver's name
- Acceptable driving record
3. Rental Period
The rental period begins and ends at the times specified in your agreement. Late returns may incur additional charges.
4. Fuel Policy
All vehicles are provided with a full tank. We operate a "full-to-full" policy, you must return the vehicle with a full tank to avoid refueling charges.
5. Insurance & Damage
Basic insurance is included. You are responsible for any damage to the vehicle during the rental period. Additional coverage options are available.
6. Prohibited Uses
Vehicles may not be used for -
- Illegal activities
- Racing or competitions
- Towing other vehicles
- Transporting hazardous materials
- Off-road driving
7. Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made 24+ hours before pickup - Full refund
Cancellations made less than 24 hours - Cancellation fee applies
