Drivers must be at least 21 years old to rent most vehicles. Some luxury and sports cars require drivers to be 25 or older. A valid driver's license held for at least 1 year is required.
What documents do I need to rent a vehicle?
You'll need: 1) A valid driver's license, 2) A credit card in the driver's name, 3) Proof of insurance (or you can purchase our coverage), 4) A valid ID or passport for international renters.
Is insurance included in the rental price?
Basic insurance is included in all our rentals. We also offer comprehensive coverage options with zero excess for additional peace of mind.
Can I cancel or modify my reservation?
Yes! You can cancel or modify your reservation up to 24 hours before pickup at no charge. Cancellations within 24 hours may incur a small fee.
What if I return the car late?
We offer a 30-minute grace period. Beyond that, you'll be charged an additional hourly rate. If you're more than 24 hours late, you'll be charged for an extra day.
Do you offer one-way rentals?
Yes, we offer one-way rentals between select locations. A one-way fee may apply depending on the pickup and drop-off locations.
What is your fuel policy?
All vehicles are provided with a full tank of fuel. We operate a "full-to-full" policy, meaning you should return the vehicle with a full tank to avoid refueling charges.
Is there a mileage limit?
Most of our rentals include unlimited mileage. Some specialty and luxury vehicles may have mileage limits, which will be clearly stated during booking.
Can I get a car rental in Sri Lanka without a driver?
Yes, self-drive car rental is available in Sri Lanka without a driver for most of our vehicles. You will need a valid driver's license held for at least 1 year, and drivers must be 21 or older (25+ for luxury and sports cars). A chauffeur can also be added at any time if you change your mind.
